There a mechanism in every one of us that causes, creates, stores and activates the response which causes anxiety, panic attacks and phobias.

The Amygdala is a very small and powerful organ located in the brain. It is incorporated into part of the Lymbic System, the 'nerve center'. This controls our emotions and anxiety levels, amongst other vital functions.

  • I have always been able to use this to my benefit. Recently I have been unable to transfer the anxiety from one thing to the next...... Which is not good.....Because what Im transferring it to, is really not good.
