If you want to play on official WoW servers, you have to be stupid to think that there is a free way without hacks and cracks to do so. I'd play on a cracked server if I really couldn't afford a measly 10 bucks per month (that Blizzard will give me back in big patches upgrading graphics, adding content and balancing classes). Hell cracked servers wouldn't be bad in that spot, but this guy has the balls to ask for a "non-cracked non patch" way. What a joke.
