@VideoGamePlayer12 There are REDRAY players, so, anyway, my BluRay was on PS3 to start with, but I only got an HD set when I had an Xbox replace it

@Ipodtouchfanboy space and technology, the whole shebang except real world Visual and audio difference, they were both very adept at HD content so you can't REALLY lose if you get one anyway

Just got mine, It was $5 without any accessories, BUT, got a BluRay for PC, SATA drive for $55, so all good things come to those who wait! hahaha

RIP hd dvd. You can still get a very nice laser diode out of these thngs though.

microsoft said that the future of the xbox is in downloadable content, not blu-ray
but yah it would be pretty cool if you could play blu-rays on the xbox.

HD DVD Drive is awesome!!!
NOTE for people who want to keep their 360 DVD drive from being over-used (it's kinda obvious really) - use the HD-DVD add on to play all your movies and give ur 360 DVD drive a break.
