李遠哲:「大部分的人都認為馬的能力不及謝」「馬英九不是一個有能力解決問題的人」

李遠哲接受日本「產經新聞」專訪時指出，三月的總統選舉如果國民黨再度獲勝，台灣的政治「將陷入很危險的狀態」，他認為今後的總統選舉不是國民黨對民進黨，而是在比謝與馬­誰有能力，他對謝長廷的整合力表示高度期待。李遠哲認為下屆總統必須是一位「應變能力很強而且可以解決問題的人」，在未來無法避免與中國談判的現狀下，應該由「能夠代表台­灣人民利益」的人和中國談。李遠哲:「大部分的人都認為馬的能力不及謝」，雖然有人認為馬的形象好，但光看台北市長任內，「馬英九不是一個有能力解決問題的人」。

李遠哲獲義大利科學和平獎 2011-01-30

（中央社記者許秩維台北30日電）中央研究院今天表示，前院長李­遠哲獲得艾托里馬約拉納基金會暨科學文化中心頒發2009年「艾­托里馬約拉納-伊利斯-科學和平獎」，昨天到羅馬梵蒂岡參加頒獎­典禮。

義大利西西里自治區國會從1988年開始設立「艾托里馬約拉納-­伊利斯-科學和平獎」 (Ettore Majorana-Erice-Science for Peace Prize)，1990年開始頒授，目的在闡明科技應該為增進人­類和平與福祉而存在及反對將科技作為軍事用途之理念。

過去20年間，共有58位世界傑出科學家曾獲得這項榮譽。「艾托­里馬約拉納-伊利斯-科學和平獎」也是為紀念義大利著名物理學者­艾托里馬約拉納 (Ettore Majorana)。他於1906年誕生於義大利西西里，並以中­子質量的研究聞名全球。

中研院指出，李遠哲1986年曾獲諾貝爾化學獎，並在1994年­到2006年間擔任中研院院長，目前是中研院原子及分子科學研究­所特聘研究員；李遠哲在科學研究與教育的付出與貢獻，曾獲無數國­際獎項肯定。中研院表示，李遠哲將在2011年10月起擔任「國­際科學理事會」（International Council for Science, ICSU)新任會長，任期3年，並致力推動國際學術合作與人類社­會的永續發展。

@alvin1245 I am not sure if you were aware what your are talking about. If any one has something to say, say it at home, Tawain. It's a shame you have go through media of Japan. Hiding something or personal agenda. We all need to the best interest of our country as top priority. Dr. Lee is a shame - after the Nobel Prize (how many years ago) - I really believe he needs to focus on academic field, not in politics. Waste!

Lee's behavior can serve as an interesting subject for bio-psychological analysis. There are gazillion Nobel laureates in the US, no one knows him except those in the area of his research focus. But in Taiwan, he is a household name, a "maestro" and even has the final say for who is more competent presidential candidate than the other. He may as well hide in the US to contribute what he is best for to humankind than come to Taiwan to be a hardcore fundamentalist who thrives on conflicts.
