Press Brake kit comes unassembled, you do the final assembly and welding.Designed to fit the Harbor Freight 20 ton press.
Press Brake includes adjustable back stop and side top for accurate repeatable bends.
Max Bending Radius (deg.) 110Max.
Bending Capacity 3/8"
Max Bending Width 19.25
Tools required for assembly, welder, grinder, level, small square.
THe DIY builder kit includes the following parts:
Press brake base plate
Side stop ;Back stop
Top machined die
Bottom die Back
top guide rails
Top die guide rail rod
Top die guide rail DOM tubing
(2) threaded rods
(2) Shaft collar locks
2) Springs

I don't you could stack smaller pieces of angle iron in the bottom die to reduce the bend radius for one off creations.

So the smallest radius on 16ga would still be .25" Do you have an option to have a smaller radius.

working on assembling ours...would love to have had a video to refer to showing us exactly how to do it...we had some issues deciphering the "detailed" instructions especially the depth of the pins...but after a little head scratching and trial and error, it is almost complete...excited to start using it

How wide a piece of 3/16 inch will it bend?

With the standard duty press brake kit you can bend 15" wide piece of 3/16" A-36 steel.
