Thank you to all of my friends in the IBD and ostomy communities for your support when I recently went into the hospital and had an unexpected surgery. I read your notes and messages everyday and even though I couldn't always respond, I hope you know how much your thoughts, wishes, prayers, and kind words meant to me.

Hi my name is Carmela also 30 yrs old and I have a similar story as you. I also had Uc or crohns they can't decide:) and ended up with a Illiostomy. I'm desperatly waiting to have a reversal done and so far it's not going in my favor. I'm trying to get use to this and I live everyday for my reversal and starting to think it's not gonna happen for me. It's really hard to take in. It would also be nice to talk to someone that has gone thorugh what I have and maybe share stories and advise.

So sorry to hear that you had to go back to the hospital, I guess that I'm one of the lucky one's so far. I have only 3 hospital stays since my UC was detected. Good luck . Also I have been inspired by all the videos on You Tube and am working on my story look for it some day.
