I'm here at one of my favorite raw foods, vegetarian/vegan restaurants and I wanted to share with you what kinds of foods I like to eat. These foods keep me energized and help keep the fat off so I dont have to spend 7-days a week at the gym.
This food is amazing! It's very high in nutrients, minerals, vitamins and good fats. They are easy to digest and they also work as an anti-aging food which helps your skin regenerate and helps me feel amazing all day long!
Here is a creamy tortilla soup with no dairy in it. It has amazing flavor. We also have an Alfredo dish with no refined carbs in the pasta part of it. It's high in nutrients and also has vegan/vegetarian meatballs in it. I also have very nutritious Nori rolls here.
