Guided meditation to help you get grounded & present - with acceptance.

(Suggested use - treat this as a warm-up and then sit quietly for 10-20 more minutes - allowing your awareness to rest in relaxation in the body, or with the breath - whether just noting a particular sensation with clarity - or spreading your awareness to allow all sensations to arise and pass away as they will, without judgement or interference.)

  • It just occurred to me that I can and actually have been using Stepanie's youtube videos on this channel and the ones on ShinzenInterviews like a DAILY Dharmatalk. It'svery helpful to be able to "tune in" to Steph or Shinzen at the click of several buttons.
