*Update for frame data info on escape back dashing*
As far as being able to escape this by back dashing there are only two characters that can safely back dash the setup Tager and Arakune. Tager's back dash has 19 frames of invulnerability and Arakune has 26 frames. DO NOT TRY THIS RESET AGAINST ARAKUNE! lol Also Litchi's DP is pretty much nonpunishable so don't do it to her ether. Tager on the other hand, you might be able to get away without rapid canceling the ex blades of ice. Because he has very little he can do(if you space it right) to punish you. If he guesses wrong and back dashes too early he'll eat the 2nd hit. Also the 2nd hit is faster, on start-up then spark bolt. Then again, it's still a little too risky...
Now as for Bang he has the third most frames of invulnerability (9 frames). However this is not enough to escape and I'll explain why...
The trick to getting the 2nd hit of the EX fubuki to hit, unblockable, on the first frame of recovery, is to space it so the 1st hit whiffs after you immediately rapid cancel the first hit of the EX blades of ice. When timed right you release the D button the moment it goes unblockable(frame 50). The start-up time for the second hit is 8 frames before it becomes active(or hits). Now if Bang back dashes at this moment and throw out the second hit to catch him, it will miss. HOWEVER, you can delay the release of the 2nd hit for 9 frames, in witch case Jin will automatically release it. This means that it will come out 9 frames later and sense the 2nd hit has 3 active frames(12 frames total) you will hit Bang on the 2nd(10th total) active frame.
Now if Bang does NOT have 50% meter(or burst), back dashing is his ONLY option to get out of the reset and you can use this to your advantage. Same thing goes for the rest of the cast. You can easily react to back dashing and punish accordingly. Remember this setup is supposed to be done in the corner and you can't back dash out of the corner ;).
Now, I shouldn't have to say this but this is VERY situational and difficult. You have to be relatively close to the corner, have 100% meter, and your opponent can't have any bursts left, because a good player will wait for you to spend all your meter before bursting.
The damage of these "invalid" combos in the video range from 7.3k to 9.3k. That's not including the last to cause they're mix-ups. And honestly, if find yourself in a position were you can actually land this reset, you wont have to mix them up because they probably wont have enough health to survive a 7.3k or 9.3k combo anyway...
man this so helpes my bro is a total jin fan but thisl shut him up when i use it on him so its basicly d 623 with the right timing right after d236

@horo30 CS2 will be out soon then you they won't do as much damage anymore, and even then I bet you will get owned by Ragna autopilots because scrubs will be scrubs.

Huh, a very situational and flashy fatality. It's good to know that Jin has a chance to win when you "accidently" lost 75% of lifebar and have about 80-90 heat.
I think the main point is to not fail midway, failing results in fatal butthurt.

Oh no wonder...I have to RC...damn I should've read b4 attempting...but yeah this makes it very situational but at least its a good finishing combo.
