ive been having this really bad cramp on my leg i dont know what exactly it is. ive been jogging everyday. but i dont know if maybe thats the reason why im in pain, is it because im soar? the weird thing about it is that its only my right leg. it hurts around my thigh. everytime i try to move my leg upwards it hurts. i have to sometimes grab my leg and move it. just because it hurts moving it on my own. someone pleeeeease tell me whats wrong :/

when i was sleeping i suddenly wake up with painful leg cramp... lol i was sweating lol the cramp lasted for 5 mins .....

AS FAR AS PHYSICAL PAIN, A LEG CALF CRAMP IS THE WORST PAIN I EVER FELT IN MY LIFE !
