@Chemidolkartibstar give you a translation. freetibet website pulls up a pic that claimed the riot was stage by chinese government. pic show cops dressing up as lamas. so cctv went and found some of the cops that were in the pic and they basically say pic was taken during production of a movie and the cops were extras as lamas. then they found the original production manager (tibetan by the way) which showed the lama uniform in the pic and remember when the pic was taken.
