Petmate Cat Infinity Elite

After one week use of the petmate cat infinity elite. Cats like it and haven't splashed water out of it yet, which they've done with previous bowls. Water flow was a little small in the beginning, but as you can see in the video, after one week it's flowing really well now.

I think I attached it correct. It snaps onto that telescope thing. But does it light stay under the water? I put the filter in correct but felt lame with the light.

@Tomswife04 The light shouldn't be under water, it should be positioned so that the light does point to the water coming out of the opening on the telescope. The only part that really touches the water should be the angled oval metal piece that's the base of the UV light piece.

petsmart gives 60 days to return. Where does the UV light install?

@Tomswife04 The UV light installs inside right where the water comes out from the pump. You can see where the spout is, the top comes off and that's where you can access the pump and the UV light. It also comes with a charcoal filter that the water goes through before it gets taken up by the pump.

The flow has also slowed down to a trickle but the instrs said this was normal.

I adjusted the light but the round coin bottom is touching the water or the

top would line flush closed.

Waste of money. Mine worked for five days and the pump quit
