Glasgow: Illegal Indian immigrant workers set free 1/2

A tip-off about illegal immigrants working in a restaurant reveals repeat offenders who previously absconded and failed to report to immigration are again working in another Indian restaurant in the same town.

Watch the restaurant owner calmly lie to immigration officers on camera claiming he never paid them anything and they were working for him for nothing (presumably out of their goodness of their hearts). In order to make his lies more credible he claims he paid them with free meals. That's enough for the immigration officers to make a case of illegal employment and the owner faces a £20,000 fine.

Notice how unconcerned both the owner is and the illegal immigrants caught by immigration. For the immigrants, they know the system well and how to play it. Their passports are nowhere in sight and without those, they know full well Border Control can't detain and deport them.

Why oh why do we continue this bloody ridiculous nonsense. Round them up, DNA test them to find out their country of origin if they won't co-operate, tag them, then put them in a detention center on some far away remote cold island until such time as they remember where their passports are for a flight back to whatever hell holes they came from. That's the American way of dealing with illegal immigrants, only they don't bother about passports they just drop them off across the border. Let's adopt it here and quick!

@md11 Its only punjabis who are bor crooks and are hated even in India cos all they do is illegal stuff. I am a yank born and bred and have lived in India for 7 months. Its Punjabis who are fraudsters and these are the fuckers who needs to be deported. Immigration across north america and europe should just stop giving visas to anybody with a surname singh and your problem is fixed.; This is what i have learn and south indians are the smartest, who work as doctors or scientist in the US.
