Pretty stupid, considering they are not suppose to be there but they like to remove legal items instead. Makes no sense to allow the items they prohibit but yet punish those who sell items that are allowed.

I agree with your completely. They are not the same thing. The company name was sold to Taylor Brands and now they make everything in Taiwan, which is better than mainland China but still no way at all like the ones made in the USA.
It sucks that the US companies went belly up and that the names are sold and then used by companies to sell completely different things.
Camillus is back but is the same thing, junk made in China not New York. Names mean nothing these days.

@Roadsideimports Finally somebody who isn't all up in arms over Taylor I have respect for them keeping the name in the market but Taylor was once a decent company in Japan I own one of those and it's beautiful every company seems to be going to China but we'll always have Case

The problem doesn't just rest with companies taking American names and then using them to sell products made in China. That is a problem for sure but there are other companies who buy everything parts, materials, screws, pins, and then assemble them in the US and then they get to put on Made in the USA because they were the last to touch them. This method is also a scum bag approach to things and Buck does this and I wouldn't put it past Case either.
