  • I was just told that we chould get kidney stones from eatting to many greens. I love my green smootie inthe mornings and do not want to give it up.

    I have begun to turn a deep yellow color as well, Shoud i really be concerned about either of these things?

  • @frugalnanny ~ the deep yellow color could be a sign of liver toxicity/deficiency. More often than not we all could use more greens, although if our diet becomes out of balance with too many alkalizing foods for too long there is a chance of creating unwanted symptoms.

  • I'm so jealous that you guys are all the way over in BC while I'm stuck in the GTA (greater toronto area) with no motivational raw/super food speakers in sight :(

  • "Tonic" water had, and still does, Quinine dissolved in it.

  • no kidney stones doesn't come from leafy greens. You've got SOMETHING ELSE in your system. kidney stones are just sugar. and when you eat leafy greens it pushes the sugar stones out via pee. have fun!

    i have had a test done and I am fine. I just ate a lot of veggies.

    I am getting better at this way of eatting every day and for now am high raw and loving it.

  • People should spread these videos to friends who don't know this stuff, spreading this stuff opening eyes, building more healthy communitys around the world.
