Oh hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

EXCELLENT MAN - shit, for one thing, most guys dont' do ANY vacuum posing at all and they dont' understand the benefits of doign them for the abs and ribcage development. And by the way, guys, the EBook is AWESOME -- GET IT.

You look spectacular and ripped. Super impressive and an inspiration to all of you fans! But I have to agree with Big Chaz. You have one of the best physiques on Youtube and you can't see much of it in that slit of a camera view. Perhaps a miniature tripod or someone holding it for you would make all the difference in the world especially with a posing routine like this.
