Not bad video, but that music is really distracting. Keep the volume much lower and go for instrumental whenever possible.

is this a hot or cold dish? By the time u cook all the veggies one a time don't the rest get cold? Also what was that red stuff..peppers? there was nothing mentioned about cooking peppers...like what kind of peppers..pickled? Grilled? Hot?
