Sarah was one my father's favorite artists. Thank God I was exposed to great music growing up. i just viewed several other great ladies sing this song and Sarah's arrangement is definitely my favorite by far.

her timing is so perfect here especially in the intro..i love how she made this song her own.

I have this documentary. just after she hit that last note they posted her lifeline because she had just died shortly before they aired this program. It had me bawling my eyes out.

This video is a master class in proper vocal technique.
ANY vocal student would be wise to listen to where Miss Vaughan places which vowel, how she breathes, the way she raises her shoulders just slightly, in order to sustain her final high note.
