But as you seem to have read, thanks to modern medical science we now know young people's brains do not fully grow in until between the ages of 26 and 32 years. Second of all, you are insulting poor little kids whose parents made a mistake when their brains weren't fully developed (like you've never messed up when you were a teen). AND third of all you are calling the FIRST AMENDMENT- which, by the way not only protects freedom of speech, but also of press, assembly, and of petition- "...the freedom to spread fecal matter in the ether", like the US was an ether, and like you weren't ...

@sintahao: I am not on the Supreme Court. I am merely a lawyer who has held public office. But I do what I can in the limited forum I have. By the way, your spelling is awful. Also your effort to mimic what you take to be a local accent. So powder your blue nose, learn some manners, and help restore the First Amendment to what it originally was and was meant to be: No prior restraint on speech but criminal and civil liability for lying in public.

People on this site are either sailors or 10 year olds who don't know who their fathers are. Don't claim you are not Americans because only Americans from the blue zone use this language. I'm tired of freedom of speech, which in America is really freedom to spread fecal matter in the ether. I think the Supreme Fecal Court should abolish the First Amendment so that we can enjoy pompous band music from the past without without getting excrement in our ears from the juvenile retards on the blogs.
