Actually, this is a vigesimal system, similar in essence to the same numeral system used by the ancient Mayas. You you see on the video is different from the Mayan that moved higher numbers upward. In this case if moves, like the binary system toward the left being the unit like a 1 and the 0 like zero, the other numbers from 2 to 19 cannot be reproduced with our alphabet. The numeric system is not explained in the "interview."
