@FD2143 - I'll add FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) as a feature enhancement, great idea! For now, it does create hi-res WAV files which could be converted to FLAC - or, you can send to iTunes, which allows encoding with any of iTunes' available encoders, so you could use Apple Lossless. Not exactly the same, but it's a lossless format.

This version is much more confusing than the old one. It doesn't seem possible to merge or divide tracks like the old one. Wish I had the old one back..

@Celticzephyr - Hmm... This is the first version of SoundSaver ever - are you maybe thinking of another app? In SoundSaver, the tracks you export are determined by where you place the track markers, so it's pretty easy to divide a full album into separate tracks and then export them. If you're needing to do more advanced editing, check out our Peak software

Yes, the MP3 encoding can be set all the way up to 320 kbps - the max available for MP3 format.
