You're forgetting a few things.
1. The Berlin Wall lasted another 2-3 years after Reagan ordered it to be torn down. It was likely the inevitable collapse of the USSR that led to it being torn down.
2. West Germany/Berlin were our allies.
In Iran there is nothing to be gained from us speaking out. Neither side aligns themselves us, one is just slightly more pro-Western and wants their votes counted. Our only impact would be from directly interfering, which has never worked with Iran.

If Reagan did or said Nothing like Obama does Nothing, That Wall would still be standing. At what Point will the US stand Up? Voices of Freedom are rising in Iran and across the world.That all People's of the World Have a right to BE FREE! Obama can't hear Iran's cries for freedom, This Administration don't even hear Our OWN Cries of dissent.
