Richard is completing a series of interviews with Discovery Channel and other media outlets and would like the Dragon to exist for photos. If something were to happen in flight, he might not have the dragon. We are slated to have the first flight video.

He's referring to 0:45 when he says "I saw the scales" and so he took them. He merely based his ideas on someone elses, but youtubers are mostly too stupid to correctly express their ideas.
