Welcome to the Puter Tutor, Archon's Nexus self proclaimed computer help show. You may have seen my previous video detailing how to repair your AutoRun once it has ceased to function, these videos will follow a similar style by providing helpful information to the perhaps less well informed masses out here on the interwebs.

You may have encountered other various tutorial based, technology oriented channels within the recesses of YouTube, Chris Pirillo comes to mind, whom seldom explain much of anything while claiming to do just what we here at Puter Tutor promise. Please, enjoy our short, concise tutorial videos, and if you have any questions or wish to show your appreciation do post a response below.

If you've stumbled across this video by accident, you might be confused by the nature of this program. Voip chat clients work in much the same way that land line phones do, allowing free communication across your already existing internet connection with friends and or family members. Vent is free, as is my server, it's also highly low profile allowing nearly any computer to operate it. If you don't have it, get it, try it... please for the love of all things drop Skype for it. Skype is far, far more resource intensive.

@swordmasteral It usually means that the server is down that you are trying to connect to. If you know that the server is still operational, it means something on your end could be blocking the connection, ranging from a firewall, to ports not forwarded properly, all the way to your antivirus.
