I left California because taxes are too high. Tax compliance is not the problem. The problem is that Californians have a freeloader mentality.

Its not a problem in my state I haven't paid taxes save sales taxes and the utility taxes in over twenty years, income or other.

The only thing that is really out of compliance is the Government of Califonia, not the people. If they want to destroy the CA underground economy then they need to legalize marijuana, reform work compensation laws, stop illegal aliens and fire these 200k+ a year retards that are running this state into the ground.
