anyone got any hints on fixing the outside zip? Both fasteners have come off but there is no damage to the actual locking strip.

I failed to understand the instructions inside the bag so I took my tent home unfolded in the trunk of my car (it barely fits inside there too), I'm happy to find this video because the tent now fits inside it's tiny bag again. Thanks !
