@Agorante Sure there are Korean tenors, check out Yonghoon Lee - he made a spectacular debut at the Met last year, brought the house down. I was there and can attest that he is fantastic.

I find it odd that there are so many YouTube recording of the Largo by Korean and Chinese baritones. All most all of them are good but don't they know anything else? Look to the right. You will see other Asian baritones. No tenors, No Basses. No Mozart. Just baritones and just Rossini.

Liao is a great singer who won 3 first prizes in the same year, between 1996 and 1997 he won first prize at the 41st French International Toulouse Singing Competition, the Placido Domingo World Opera Competition and the Queen Songja International Music Competition. (I am not sure of the names of the contests, I copied it from internet).
Liao Changyong is also a loving father, loyal husband, and a great gentleman. He is always very humble and nice.

@mikewill9511 you forgot Manowar(Eric Adam's an Oprea Singer), Dio, Bruce Dickenson, Judas Priest(Rob Halford has a six octave range), Yngwie J. Malmsteen and Jason Becker(YJM and JB use classical elements in their playing)!!! BLASPHEMY!!!!!!!!

An excellent lyric baritone! He sings this difficult aria with style and ease. I'm very picky about singers, but I give this guy my stamp of approval. Bravo!
