1. If you install Cydia and it doesn't appear, restart the device.
2. If there is no Limera1n icon, search for it and uninstall it, then jailbreak again.
3. Have the latest iTunes.
4. If it doesn't work, try uninstalling iTunes, then reinstalling it.
