I don't care if Stone does a lot of messing around with details and events of people's lives, he has a great handle on a person's character, and whatever he does fabricate is done very in-character. The way the song fits Bush so perfectly is an example. Like, remember "Nixon"? The epigraph at the beginning: a quote from Shakespeare, that fit Nixon to a tee. That's why I don't mind the fiddling that much--it easily *could* have happened.
As much as I strongly dislike George W. I want to go see this movie because "Dubya" has "daddy issues" (his whole reason for waging war with Iraq fundamentally was to impress "poppy Bush") Btw KnightedHonor the name of the song is "As the days go by" by Talking Heads, hope that helps
