dano..hope you are sitting down because I pretty much agree with this particular comment of yours. No business wants to compete, but they should be forced to. Lobbyists are to blame for most corruption and big cos donate to both sides to hedge their bets. Too much Greed and too much Power create win-lose situations for the common man. Business is supposed to be win-win, and it is at the small business level. Fight back by demanding that insur cos be forced to compete across state lines.

My clinic is a Christian outreach clinic. Supported by local churches, with volunteer time given by local doctors & nurses. Mainstream America compassion at it's finest.
I've worked since I was 16 yrs old, & would have good insurance today, if it wasn't for the illegal global trade agreements that outsourced my career to India. It's hard not to have ins after all these yrs of hard work, but I thank God for the compassion of my community.

Valid point about public school funding. Basic education should be dealt with on a more local level, with people in cities & counties deciding how to fund & education standards, with maximum parental input. There should be no national govt involvement period.

That's the beauty of de-centralization. The closer you bring the govt to the People, the louder the voice of the People, & local govt better reflects the will of the People.

To congress the word profit is evil, and the word tax is sacred so no amount of profit is ok, and no amount of tax is bad.
