In Washington, anything that is not a tax, is a "tax expense". In case anyone is wandering this also includes the your earnings that you are allowed to keep regardless of whether you are an individual or an organization.

The lack of competition in health insurance is due to GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS. And doubling down on these regulations is not going to improve anything for the common man. If you think that this bill has the your best interest in mind you really should think twice about that.
Second, the cost of both House and Senate bills is grossly underestimated as the revenue is front-loaded. How much more debt can we take on as taxpayers before we have the same issue as Dubai last week?

Just heard a wonderful story about the teenagers in Darien, CT who run an all volunteer, 24/7 EMT service which is fully funded by private donations.

They handled 1300 calls last year.
