    Next time you decide to attempt remotely coming close to a decent comeback, count to 10 and realize that you might want an actual basis for your argument.

  • They didn't even receive a cease and desist. It was simple a demand to take it down (listen to TWiT). Much less formal... basically just a letter bullying them to take it down.

  • I didn't think that this would cause so much commotion... It's not really that surprising. Digg is only around as a result of users, and the users vehemently wanted absolute freedom of speech. If Digg said no, it would look bad and people would stop trusting that Digg was completely user-driven.
