  • Quoting Plato and Aristotle while speaking against gay rights. Does anyone else see the irony?

  • polygamy is not a form of marriage, it's a form of slavery. it's apples and oranges.

  • Love right-wingers. I think a post-script to what the second man said is in order: Aristotle was an incredibly intelligent individual for his time (and in several areas, e.g. politics, ethics, he's still relevant), something that I'm certain that buffoon at the beginning doesn't appreciate, but he was still the guy who thought men had more teeth than women. So, this man would do himself a favor by thinking twice before quoting him without actually analyzing his writings.

  • will do DB. you got it all over us.

  • @sirlordford Slippery slope, by definition is a "logical" fallacy. An automatic fail in any debate.

Go back to your head banging.

  • What an eloquent response.

  • YES!

  • @ninuxy good thing you don't have to worry about right and wrong or consequences in debate courses, huh.

  • LIE PIG li CONS are things too.

They can be used as targets for your favorite rifles.

  • The last time I checked, "slippery slope" was a fallacy, and if this cocksucker (oops!) Stam had any understanding of "debate," he would have known that the crap he pulled could easily flunk him in the debating course.

In polygamy, and infinite number of people can intra-wed which leaves the purpose of marriage (or civil union), from the "government's" perspective, with an infinitely complex task of taxation -- it just simply cannot work.

So Stam's argument is void to begin with.
