I'll believe Paton fights for children and families when he dismantles and then reformats the corrupted CPS/DES agency....too many children have died from CPS corruption and retaliaition against those who expose them...

Paton did as most politicians have done, used CPS reform (like Napolitano) to get votes, pass some light bills to "improve" CPS but really has done nothing of real substance.
