@Maruigi2 I only saw the opening scene of Love Hina Again. Thought, "Oh, story advancement! Keitaro succeeded, and he's thanking Naru for helping him study! Right on! And--Damnit, AGAIN? What's that bitch's problem? He had every right to celebrate, and it was appropriate to thank her! And now she feels bad because he actually got injured, and we're supposed to feel sorry for HER? FFFFFUUUU--" *shuts off*

I hate it when they bash on a male character who doesn't deserve it. Keitaro seems like a nice guy, but the girls are so mean to him. How is that funny? It's not funny at all. Now shows like Desert Punk, the main character gets beaten up a lot but he deserves it, because he is a prick. But for Keitaro, I just feel sorry for him.

First of love the vid, but i do enjoy Love Hina manga series better then i did the anime version. The anime was very dull and wasteful on very mundane subjects. Keitaro always got his ass beat in the manga but he had some personality and eventually balled up to the bitch game. IN the anime as u said it was overkill with fatass peice of boring. And i love Ken Akumatsu's work but just not the anime version of them. ( A.I. Love you, Love Hina, Negima ect) most the anime version sucked. Nice vid!

@fastloader456 Thank you! Yeah, from what I'm hearing, it really does sound like the manga did a lot of things better. Though it seems like the anime itself still has a ton of fans, and that's the part I find confusing. I am gradually starting to think I might check out the manga for comparison whenever I have the time.

wow... I watched parts 1-3 of this review, and agreed with 100% of everything you said, I watched this show, and it was horrible, this show has got to have the most male bashing I have ever seen in one show.. EVER..

By the way, are you familiar with A.I Love You, Akamatsu's earlier manga? GOD. ALL. MIGHTY. It's basically the same thing but with a different plot, less females, but with the same goddamn issues and personality disorders and needless violence and as LH, and far, far more perverted. And the lead male is an unlikable, perverted, shallow asshole who only mans up at the every last few pages of the manga.

to tell you honestly, I didnt want Keitarou to be bullied and bashed around. but I've noticed that it's the usual "theme" in every episode; thus others usually just ignore it. manga > anime though.
