Hey. I like your video. But I do have a question. Did you do a really strict diet with that exercise? IF not..how did you carry out with your diet?

hey. I*m not sure u still read these posts but i just watched ur Vlogs and feel super excited about using slim in 6. i ordered the dvd's (almost had buyer's remorse) and should get them soon. hopefully i will see results. i'm glad u lost so much! keep up the hard work : )

It was something simple. I had to manually check sync on everything-even though they were already checked, and slick apply. Then it worked...all that frustration for nothing. I actually thought I already did that-but obviously not. lol
