We go to our place of worship and we hear an inspirational message. We commit to love our fellow Human. As we leave the parking lot, Why we fall asleep, become angry and disconnected from the message and our Souls. Dont blame the devil, blame our laziness.

Right! Religion is a person's personal relationship with their Creator based on their knowledge,level of understanding and experience. If it is important to a person, it is a vital and continual way of life(=love&fulfillment). It is evident in every action and they are connected with Spirit and live each moment everyday in respect and gratitude for their their Creator. It isn't a place to go when a person is confused, hurting or afraid or because of duty and then go back into "the real world".
