  • @Pintoleite3 ha...its like radio...no image necc. ;)

  • I can think of a lot more progressive music Tommy could do. How bout some Foo Fighters, Radiohead or REM, he could kill that stuff with his own style and flair. I love the guy but I'm frustrated I can't relate to most of what he does.

  • @616ramjet There's not much written these days that deserves his take, though.

  • @Pintoleite3 well i believe many people living in Africa enjoy this just as u and all of us arrogant rich motherfuckers do

  • I am no slouch, but I could spend the rest of my days trying to do something like this, and..... FAIL. Tommy's not really my style, but that doesn't mean I don't massively respect his skill. Easier on the ears than EVH, as well. I can only take so much wanking, before I start wanting to hear something done melodically and with taste.

  • His ability is amazing, his song choices are for my grandmother, sorry.

  • 1080p or 240p he's still the fucking man

  • @GuitarLessonsLegends ..sure, it's all personal, he has a kind of christian dullness now, but 30 years ago when he was drunk....very exciting.

  • @rabbittraps I've seen the great man live. like 2 or 3 years ago. i know him a long time. the thing is, as i get mature, i founded tommy emanuel's playing boring, over the years. even tho songs like classical gas are awsum, i found better guitarists :) Joe Bonamassa, Philip Sayce, Rory Gallagher, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page and so on.

  • @GuitarLessonsLegends ..must be time for you to discover the depth of tom's playing. he is easily the most "complete" player on the planet. also an astonishing musical drummer. played drums in "goldrush" with brother phil on guitar back in the day. started with drums...would probably call himself a drummer. i dont listen to tom much nowadays but i know how great he is. give him a telecaster...wow. if the "best" is the one having the most fun..no-one is close.
