Needle back on lowest position, side draft dialed in but later found a loose headlight wire which was causing idle issues due to halogen draw.
.
I have to go listen to other 441's to really compare but it's the smoothest I can remember. Adjusted points in the park, needle position, points gap and air screw to get it right. Never got out of 3rd gear on purpose.
.
Shift box working great very positive and little noise.
.
I removed a lot of alloy from inlet track around the guide as in Ruperts Ratio book and opened the seat 1mm, can hold revs without any delay in roll on or hesitation. The bore is basically fresh and quite absent of smoke and is holding compression well. I would recommend careful flex shaft porting your 441 if you are looking for a bit more pep. If my clutch could only handle it I may have a better idea the pick up. I am saving for B50 clutch springs and cups so hopefully I can get more of the new power into the rear wheel. I am also shopping for a muffler maybe used suppertrapp or make a baffle for mine.
.
Nikon P100 performed well this clip was 844MB in 720p, stabilization on. small piece of foam and 3 layers of black electrical tape over it and mike!
Mountain climb Sunday perhaps.
