Siberian Husky playing in the snow

This is a video featuring my 5 year old Siberian Husky, Nikko. He was rescued from a shelter a year ago. As would be expected with most huskies, he absolutely loves the snows. The filming and voice talent is my own. For best viewing pleasure, be sure to watch in high quality.

Poor thing running around with a leash, wish he had more space to play and act all silly! Wish he didnt need a leash... He is absolutely happy doing so!

@iluvubb247 Like I've said before, he has a 35 ft. leash with a large backyard to run around in, PLUS he gets multiple walks on a DAILY basis ranging from 3-6 miles, so he certainly is happy. Since the yard isn't fenced in, leashing is a mandatory option. He gets more activity every day than most dogs get from their owners a MONTH, and he's spoiled rotten. He's got it good. No worries. :)

Thank you! We don't have an enclosed backyard, so he stays on the 35ft. leash outside. As you can see, he's happy as a clam and it gives him plenty of room to run around. He also gets 2-3 mile walks everyday, rain or shine.

Lol he eats the snow! I want a husky sooo bad! If I got a boy I would name him Nikko like yours but if it was a girl I'd name her Skyler.

I have one and is the best dog in the world... However I let him run free at a park close my house everyday.. he does love to run.. and they will test the limits (very stubborn).. But if you Let them know you're the pack leader they will obey. He knows when I say "shadow too far! Come here! " comes immediately running back with a big old smile on his face

Such a beautiful dog! Huskies are the biggest goofballs and whiners ever, when my puppy isn't off playing lets chew on shoes, she's whining and calling for somebody to pick her up and carry her lol.
