Joe: Uhh, yeah. I heard a little something?

Demi: What do you think is going on?

Joe: maybe mom and dad are in a little fight.

Demi: I hope not.

Joe: Yeah me too.

Paul: (walks over to them) Hey guys

Demi: Hey dad! Everything alright?

Paul: uhh, not really.

Joe: What did you do this time?

Paul: (chuckles) Why do you guys always assume it's me?

Joe: Maybe because it always is?

Paul: Yeah, you're right.

Demi : So what happened?

Paul: I ... Here, let me just explain in a shorter version. Well I found out you
guys were dating just a few hours ago.

Demi: Oh

Paul: Yeah oh. And I didn't except it.

Joe: What?!!? Dad, please no. Don't take me away from her! Please, I'll do
anything!

Paul: Calm down, Joe. And so you're mother yelled at me for not letting you guys be together, when you are obviously perfect for each other.

Jemi: (smiles at each other) (nods)

Paul: (smiles also) I said that it was wrong that you were related, and we
were arguing, and yeah that's pretty much it.

Joe: So what are you going to do about it?

Paul: (bites his lip) Hmm, I'm going to let you to be together.

Demi: Really, oh my gosh. Thanks daddy!! (jumps on him and hugs him tight)
I love you!

Paul: (hugs her back) But.

Joe: (chuckles) There's always a 'but'.

Paul: Yes there always is. Anyways, but if you hurt her, you'll get it alright son?

Joe: (a little scared) Yes, Dad.

Paul: good. You two have a nice day now. (smiles)

Denise: (hugs Paul by surprise) Thank you.

Paul: Anything for you, babe. And I couldn't have them two unhappy, right?

Denise: Right. (they walk upstairs together, hand in hand)
