Nursing Home Dementia Special Care Unit Regulations

HB537, SB323 An Act relative to dementia special care units (SCU) in long-term care facilities
As persons with Alzheimers and related dementia progress through the stages of the disease, they need access to a broad array of services. This bill asks the Department of Public health to help craft regulations to protect those in Special Care Units in Massachusetts.
