1) open cydia

2) search for bluetooth IM then download and install it

3) open the application and pair the two devices and start texting

You Will Need Two Have Bluetooth On For This To Work But Wi-Fi IS Not Needed

this will not work on the first genaration ipod touch because of the lack of a bluetooth antena

@TheiPodTouchTips the reason I didn't make a video about a app like haywire is because you need wi-wi to use it on a iPod touch or iPad wi-fi model and in most schools you can't get wifi access so that's why I think this app with Bluetooth (that can connect every where) is the best way to text in class

The iPod touch now supports iMessage so you don't need to jailbreak it, just upgrade to the newest version IOS 5.0.1 to get texting for free!
