omg, you make me so mad with your playstyle of karthus....

you're supposed to give him mana regen runes and ap items... you're doing it all wrong and thats why you're not doing a lot of damage...

@alexkim555 look bud, Karthus has area damage, slow and armor/magic resistance reduce which can be extremely effective in this game (used properly), plus he can even harass the enemies with his ulti not just hope to kill, definitively one of the best heroes in the game.
