Complete Technics Lego crane truck 8258 demonstration

Finally finished building my Christmas present and wanted to show people how it works. (It's set 8258 if anyone cares)

One thing you can't see in the video is the fact that when you tilt the cab forward you can see the engine underneath, and when you push the truck along the pistons actually move in and out in a realistic way.

@ralleman1966 I just got mine. Cost £215+9 postage from Germany. You got yours almost free!!!!!, I will build mine later in the year as I have other trucks displsyed at the moment. Later I will pack them up in their boxes and build the excavator. I placed all my parts in resealable bags and stored them in custom made cardboard trays ehivh fit inside the original boxes. This way my expensive lego will not get lost or damaged. Todays technic are much cooler than 80s technic.

One of the nicest Technic sets ever.

Biggest disappointment to me is: It lifts only low weights.

I really expected more to be honest.

I'm just glad I picked this set up for only 12,99 Euro (believe it or not!) from a bin of death right after christmas.
