En estos cinco videos convergen un doble simbolismo:
a) El rescate de una tradicion pagana de los antiguos eslavos rusos ,labor que corresponde al coreagrafo y al compositor.
b) El rescate y difusion en Occidente que hace Gergiev de la gran riqueza cultural de su pais ,mucha oculta en razon de la II Guerra Mundial y las practicas stalinistas.
