I figured out how the bosses work, I think. I noticed they always throw out 50 new Pokemon any time they are "awake" when it falls below 10. You noticed he doenst do it if hes knocked out, and the very moment he gets up he throws 'em out.
So in short, to beat the bosses, you gotta knock them out and quickly Trozei the final Pokemon before they get back up.
