"Freedom of the Road" - from the record 'Black Sheep'

This show was on the first night of historical flooding in Music City, within 24hrs, people were boating on Broadway. I'm sure Martin and the band had some issues gettin to the next gig. The show was fantastic, not as good as the nite before in ATL, but still great. The rain did keep some people from coming, but still a good crowd considering.
The video isnt great, I'm not one to zoom up someones nose, but there were too many tall guys. Usually I can count on being one of the tallest around, but not this nite. I think the Vandy mens team must have shown up or something. Did a little production, kinda cheezy, but im still learnin this stuff. Hope ya dig it.

I was at this show the night it really started raining in Nashville, and there would have been more people there, but have to say, this one one of the best shows I've ever seen. Martin is an incredible artist and live performer who made everyone feel his pure spirit and it was like a gospel revival in there by the end. I'm not going to miss any of his shows I can get to in the future. Amazing.

Would you have 'caught in the rain ' by chance? I can not find it on youtube and i would love to hear the song right now! Isnt that what youtube is for? haha guess i'll have to wait till i get home.

@xxsekoxx i dont think i've seen him perform that tune. i've heard live audio recordings,,,,but its an extremely rare song. But you never know when he might pull it out again. Theres a lot of songs i still havent seen live yet,,,ten yrs, seen a lot of rare ones, but not 'caught in the rain'.....not yet that is.

@goldenroadmike right back at ya mike. draw an 8hr circle around your hometown, and your likely to catch some wonderful and unique stuff over the years. i count myself lucky just gettin the chance to experience such talent, in this age where talent doesnt matter anymore.

@bluggdr I was there too..................I got stuck in the flood in Bellevue. I was not sorry that I came though.....after all, it was worth it to me to see Martin!
