Millions of stray cats are killed every year in animal shelters -- a shocking statistic that has inspired a grassroots movement to change ineffective and inhumane animal control methods.

Throughout southwest Florida, an underground network of cat-lovers protects friendless felines, and promotes a new no-kill method of feral cat control called "Trap, Neuter, Return," or TNR.

  • @mrpresident4200 They are the wild... I rescue the tame ones and the kittens and the ferals I rerealease. I ever catch anyone like you around them or me and I'll show you who doesn't belong. Ignorance and indifferance is sad but actual hate and ill will towards them is sickening. You're a miserable person.

  • @basketfullofspite

Don't kid yourself about these sadistic creatures, swift extermination of these filthy beasts are the real solution. These things cause devastation along the prey they live to torture. The decline of song bird and other natural wild animals is becoming a enormous problem. These things don't belong in the wild and the balance of nature only suffers from their existence.

  • I've been dragging home stray animals since I was a little girl and 3 months ago I came across a colony with many kittens and was desperate to do something... a wonderful cat org helped me when i reached out to them and now I have been trapping/fostering and have adopted 3 myself... It's the most meaningful thing I've ever done with my life and I never want to stop. Call your local cat rescue org and ask if you can help.

  • <3 for the cats forever!

    adopt a cat today!

  • Great work! Awesome job! Thank God for people who help animals like this!
