It's amazing what you can make with it, I'll give you that.
I managed to find the issue of EGM with the first look at Soul Calibur IV, and it showed some stuff made by a Japanese player, which included really good renditions of Ken, Ryu and Sagat from Street Fighter and Shigeru Miyamoto and Bill Gates.

The create a character feature in SC3 home version must be a great outlet for one's creativity. I never bothered with it but I love watching videos of people who do.
