Actually, the track is 40 feet wide, in all areas. It was paved using double ganged pavers at 14 feet each (28 feet total) and then a single pass at 12 feet. Regarding use of the track, and most would not know this, but day one, they did the double pull. On day two, the were running full loaded asphalt trucks on the service thy placed the previous day. Asphalt makes it maximum cure as soon as ambient temp is reach. And yes, we know the trees need to go TRMG Team

Yes! Yes! Yes! I can't wait. We are so close to having a great track in our local area. Maybe they will put it in video game simulations? Then I can practice on computer or consul. Hopfully this track will help grow the motorsports world here in the PNW. I have my Miata and I have a track. Life is great!!! What poor economy?

Looks like a great track, wished I could have put down a few of the first laps...AJ
any idea how its going to be for passing opportunities? Looks like a very flowing track with no heavy braking areas. Congrats!

@tubatits The surface is 50 feet wide all the way around, and there are many spots for overtaking in braking zones that may not be the best entry line, but that's usually the case. For someone with a well set up car, there's room for side by side racing through many of the high speed sweepers too.

The runoff areas are still under development, the trees and other areas of concern will be looked at very carefully and whatever possible hazards will be mitigated by removal or suitable barriers.
